We create a partnership for each project, then assemble the development team and manage the project to completion and payout. When appropriate, as in the case of rental properties, we simply identify good properties for investors and act as their agent.


We have two goals:

  1. Maximize investor/client profits

  2. Create high-quality projects.

For new development, BeachFront Partners assembles teams to create and capitalize on profitable opportunities. We add value to beach-and-bayfront properties by bringing land planners, architects, builders, and investors together to create high-quality, profitable homes, condos, and building sites.

BeachFront Partners is managed by Alan Burns. Burns has been invested on the Gulf Coast for over 25 years; following a long and successful career as an international media consultant, Burns began matching property buyers and sellers as an agent with Sothebys International Realty. After seeing many investment and development opportunities go unrealized, he decided to form Beachfront Partners to help others capitalize on the increasing demand for properties on and near America’s most beautiful beaches.

Burns holds real estate licenses in both Florida and Alabama with Kaiser-Sothebys International Realty.



BeachFront Partners is not an SEC-licensed investment advisor or broker and as such does not mass-market investment opportunities.  


Instead, we form relationships with potential clients/partners and then search out opportunities appropriate to their needs and goals. We are always interested in meeting those who would like to seek real estate profits with us as potential partners or clients.
